we are.
SoloTransfer is an international passenger transport operator based in Estonia, licensed to carry passengers across EU member states and international borders under a single authorisation — YTL001272. The licence is what makes it legally and operationally possible to move a client from Tallinn to Warsaw in one vehicle, with one driver, without handing the booking to a regional carrier at each border.
The company operates across the full spectrum of executive ground transport: airport transfers, hourly disposal, protocol and security-sensitive movements, cross-border corporate travel, artist touring logistics and long-term corporate contracts. Each is a different operational context. The standard applied to all of them is the same.
The fleet runs from the Mercedes‑Benz EQE — a fully electric sedan in regular VIP service — through to a 55-seat touring coach for international groups. Vehicle category does not determine the level of preparation, coordination or accountability. A single-passenger airport transfer and a multi-day diplomatic circuit are managed with the same structure.
SoloTransfer works directly with passengers, corporate travel managers, tour managers and production coordinators, wedding planners and event agencies. In each case one operations coordinator manages the booking from confirmation to completion. There is no platform layer, no call centre, and no situation where the person who confirmed the booking is unavailable on the day of travel.

Verbal commitments are not the standard here. Compliance documentation, written confirmations and a named coordinator on every booking create a chain of accountability that holds regardless of who is in the vehicle or what day it is.
Information stays operational
Passenger identities, routing and scheduling details are communicated only to the driver and the assigned coordinator. Nothing leaves the operational chain. NDAs are available for clients who require written documentation of what is already standard practice.
Nothing is left to the last minute
Routes are planned before departure, vehicles are prepared before the client arrives, and contingencies are identified before they become problems. The ride is calm because the work behind it is not.

Every vehicle is maintained to the same preparation standard — climate-set before boarding, equipped as confirmed at booking, and assigned to the client exclusively for the duration of the journey.
