The figures on this page are starting points — they reflect the lower bound of typical assignments under standard conditions. The final price for any specific booking is fixed in writing before the booking is closed and includes everything operational: insurance, fuel, tolls, parking, driver, coordinator, vehicle preparation, and standard waiting time.
SoloTransfer does not operate a meter. There is no platform surcharge, no airport pickup fee, and no premium for unsociable hours. Quotes are calculated by the operations coordinator on the basis of the route, the vehicle category, and the operational requirements of the assignment.
For long-distance, multi-day, cross-border, or recurring bookings, a custom proposal is issued. Long-term corporate contracts are governed by separate written agreements with consolidated invoicing.

Tallinn to Warsaw, Berlin, Stockholm, Prague, or any other European destination — booked as one assignment, one driver, one vehicle, one accountable point of contact. International transport is what the YTL001272 operator licence is for. Pricing for Europe-wide journeys is issued as a written proposal, calculated on route, vehicle, overnight requirements, and timing.
