Flight monitoring applies equally across all airports in the network. For commercial flights, live data tracks the inbound aircraft from departure. For private aviation, coordination runs directly with the FBO or handling agent at whichever airport the client is using — TLL, RIX or HEL — working from block time, not a passenger‑estimated arrival. The driver is in position before the aircraft lands, regardless of which airport that is.
Pricing is fixed at the point of booking confirmation. One coordinator manages the full itinerary — from initial inquiry through to drop‑off — whether the route is a city transfer from TLL or a cross‑border movement between Riga and Tallinn. Tallinn Airport operates a dedicated VIP Terminal for private aviation arrivals and departures. SoloTransfer provides full airside meet‑and‑greet — your chauffeur clears security clearance in advance and is positioned at the aircraft steps upon touchdown.
The same service applies to FBO operators handling business jet traffic at TLL. Coordination is handled directly between SoloTransfer dispatch and the handling agent, ensuring the vehicle and driver are in position before engines shut down.
For departures through the VIP Terminal, the chauffeur escorts you through check‑in and hands you to the terminal team. There is no unmanaged gap between vehicle and aircraft.

Coordination runs directly between SoloTransfer’s dispatch team and the handling agent. Flight details, revised ETAs and passenger counts are updated in real time. The driver is briefed before the aircraft reaches the stand.
For departing passengers, the process reverses: the vehicle arrives at the agreed time, the chauffeur accompanies passengers to the FBO desk, and handover to the ground team is confirmed before departure. Nothing is left to assumption.

Do you work with FBO operators directly?
Yes. SoloTransfer coordinates ground transport with FBO operators at TLL through direct contact with the handling team, working from the aircraft’s expected block time rather than a passenger-reported ETA. FBO operators wishing to establish a standing ground transport arrangement for their clients are invited to contact the operations team.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
Commercial flights are monitored continuously from the moment a booking is confirmed. Private aviation timing is tracked through coordination with the FBO or handling agent. In either case, the driver’s schedule adjusts to the actual aircraft position — no passenger action is required.
Is discretion guaranteed?
Passenger identities, travel details, and movements are not disclosed in any form — not to third parties, not on social media, not in any promotional context. NDA documentation is available at booking for clients who require formal written commitment. Structured scheduling, where a passenger’s itinerary is known only to the assigned driver and coordinator, is the default operating mode.
