Licensed executive transport across every Baltic airport. Commercial, VIP, and private aviation.
SoloTransfer provides executive airport transfers across all major airports in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Helsinki — Tallinn (TLL), Riga (RIX), Vilnius (VNO), and Helsinki‑Vantaa (HEL) — covering commercial terminals, dedicated VIP facilities, and Fixed Base Operators handling private aviation. All movements operate under a single international passenger transport licence, YTL001272, with no regional sub‑contractors and no change of operator at any border.
Flight monitoring applies equally across all airports in the network. For commercial flights, live data tracks the inbound aircraft from departure. For private aviation, coordination runs directly with the FBO or handling agent at whichever airport the client is using — TLL, RIX, or HEL — working from block time, not a passenger‑estimated arrival. The driver is in position before the aircraft lands, regardless of which airport that is.
Pricing is fixed at the point of booking confirmation. One coordinator manages the full itinerary — from initial inquiry through to drop‑off — whether the route is a city transfer from TLL or a cross‑border movement between Riga and Tallinn. There is no handoff to a third‑party operator at the Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian border.
The fleet runs from the Mercedes‑Benz EQE for single‑passenger or three‑seat executive requirements through to Sprinter configurations carrying up to 22 passengers. The same preparation standard — vehicle pre‑conditioning, fixed pricing, real‑time coordination — applies at every airport, in every vehicle category.

VIP Terminal · FBO
Tallinn Airport operates a dedicated VIP Terminal for private aviation arrivals and departures. SoloTransfer provides full airside meet-and-greet — your chauffeur clears security clearance in advance and is positioned at the aircraft steps upon touchdown.
The same service applies to FBO operators handling business jet traffic at TLL. Coordination is handled directly between SoloTransfer dispatch and the handling agent, ensuring the vehicle and driver are in position before engines shut down.
For departures through the VIP Terminal, the chauffeur escorts you through check-in and hands you to the terminal team. There is no unmanaged gap between vehicle and aircraft.
FBO & Private Aviation
For operators, handling agents, and ground crews at Tallinn’s FBO facilities, SoloTransfer provides a dedicated ground transport service timed to block time and adjusted to any deviation. The vehicle is positioned before engines shut down — not summoned after.
Coordination runs directly between SoloTransfer’s dispatch team and the handling agent. Flight details, revised ETAs, and passenger counts are updated in real time. The driver is briefed before the aircraft reaches the stand.
For departing passengers, the process reverses: the vehicle arrives at the agreed time, the chauffeur accompanies passengers to the FBO desk, and handover to the ground team is confirmed before departure. Nothing is left to assumption.
Private jet clients arriving through FBO expect airside positioning and a driver who has been briefed, not flagged down at departures.
Executives on fixed schedules require a vehicle that moves with the flight, not against it. Flight monitoring is standard, not an add-on.
Artists and production teams need multi-vehicle coordination and a single contact who understands tour tempo and last-minute changes.
Official and government-adjacent travel requires protocol awareness and the complete absence of public disclosure at every stage.
License & Compliance
SoloTransfer operates under international passenger transport licence YTL001272, covering commercial and private passenger movements across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the broader EU. All drivers hold the qualifications required under Estonian and EU transport regulation. Compliance documentation is available to corporate accounts and aviation partners on request.
Discretion & NDA
Passenger information is not shared, referenced on social media, or disclosed in any public-facing context. For clients requiring formal documentation, non-disclosure agreements are available at the point of booking. Structured scheduling — where a client’s movements are visible only to the assigned driver and coordinator — is standard practice, not an upgrade.
SoloTransfer operates airport transfers across all major Baltic hubs and Helsinki‑Vantaa, with direct cross-border routes under international licence YTL001272. No handoff to a regional operator, no change of vehicle at any border.
FBO and VIP Terminal services are available at Tallinn Airport. Long-range private aviation coordination across the Baltics is handled through direct contact with the operations team.
For standard commercial arrivals, 24 hours is sufficient. FBO arrivals, VIP Terminal bookings, and multi-vehicle movements are best confirmed 48 hours in advance — this allows full coordination with the handling agent or terminal team before the flight departs origin.
Yes. SoloTransfer coordinates ground transport with FBO operators at TLL through direct contact with the handling team, working from the aircraft’s expected block time rather than a passenger-reported ETA. FBO operators wishing to establish a standing ground transport arrangement for their clients are invited to contact the operations team.
Commercial flights are monitored continuously from the moment a booking is confirmed. Private aviation timing is tracked through coordination with the FBO or handling agent. In either case, the driver’s schedule adjusts to the actual aircraft position — no passenger action is required.
Passenger identities, travel details, and movements are not disclosed in any form — not to third parties, not on social media, not in any promotional context. NDA documentation is available at booking for clients who require formal written commitment. Structured scheduling, where a passenger’s itinerary is known only to the assigned driver and coordinator, is the default operating mode.
SoloTransfer operates cross-border transfers under international licence YTL001272. Riga, Helsinki, Vilnius, and EU destinations beyond the Baltics are available within a single booking, in the same vehicle, with the same driver and coordinator. There is no handoff at the border.
